For Macron delayed acquiring leading memory company Inotera, Inotera held a emergent announcement meeting, the speaker said that the merge transaction still ongoing. Because the transaction involve many things, and it’s very complex, Macron can’t meet the acquiring deadline, so Macron announced acquisition delay. After Macron finish the processes, it will decided a final acquisition deadline. So the transaction is still ongoing, didn’t stop.

For Macron merge Inotera, the director of Inotera Mr. Lee said he is optimistic to the transaction, and he will help Inotera finish the related processes. Mr. Lee also said, for the breaking of merge transaction, according to the press release announced on 6/8 by Macron, the stock transfer transaction can’t be finished in mid of July, Macron will provide updated schedule in the second half of 2016. Because some processes are ongoing, the processes are confidential, it can’t be disclosed to public, Inotera will keep handle the related processes.
